Seeking Cleaning Proposals
The Town of Highlands is seeking proposals for Cleaning Town Hall. Proposals will be taken until 4:30pm on Friday, February 28th, 2020 at Town Hall in the Finance office.
The Contractor agrees to clean the Town of Highlands Town Hall as follows during weekly cleanings:
Dust and/or damp wipe desks, filing cabinets, tabletops, countertops, and other furniture in building.
Clean and mop restrooms.
Clean interior and exterior glass in lobby area. Clean interior and exterior glass on other two doors on upstairs entrance.
Empty all wastebaskets, replace liners if soiled and transport to proper container for collector pickup.
Vacuum carpeted areas in offices and hallways.
Vacuum or sweep non-carpeted areas and mop tile areas, including the lobby.
Refill all toilet tissue and paper towels as needed.
Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
Dust and/or damp wipe kitchen surfaces as needed.
Proposals need to be sealed and marked appropriately. The specifications for the contract are on file in Town Hall upon request from 8am until 4:30pm daily Monday through Friday. Inquiries regarding the proposals may be directed as follows:
